Hailing from Litchfield, MN, where my journey began as a multi-sport athlete. This passion for sports propelled me through my academic and wrestling career at Minnesota State University Moorhead, earning a degree in Exercise Science, with a focus on strength & conditioning, wellness, and coaching.

My adventure continued at NWHSU, where I specialized in Sports Medicine Chiropractic & Rehabilitation. Here, I embraced a movement-based approach and to implement a wide variety of techniques to help everyone from professional & elite athletes, college & high-school athletes, weekend warriors to everyday athletes of life to bring them out of pain, recover from injuries, improve their performance and functioning to the best of their abilities.
